MzVee Cause A Stir With Her Outfit At Hennessy Artistry Concert

Female Dancahall sensation MzVee got everyone talking with the outfit she wore during her performance at the just ended Hennessy Artistry concert.
Apparently, the outfit was soo tight to the extent, it’s shaped her private place nicely and so you can see how it looks like. All eyes were glued to that place until she finished her performance.
Is this a wardrobe malfunction or a deliberate decision to attract attention?
